Entry

  1. The promoter of this competition (Competition) is Guide Dogs Australia (ABN 99 008 427 423) of 7-9 Albany Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065 phone (02) 9412 9300 (the Promoter). The Promoter will represent the following interested parties: Royal Guide Dogs Australia, Guide Dogs Queensland Limited, Guide Dogs Association of SA & NT Inc. and Guide Dogs Victoria.
  2. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.
  3. The competition commences at 08:00AM AEDT on Saturday the 28th of October 2023 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT Sunday the 29th of October 2023 (the Entry Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.
  4. This is a game of chance which is open to all Australian residents who comments ‘The reason you love your pet’ (maximum 25 words) on the associated Facebook or Instagram post (Entry), during the Entry Period.
  5. The Competition is only open to individuals who are Australian residents located in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria who are not of the Promoter or any of the other Guide Dog organisations listed in clause 1, or any agencies associated with the Competition.
  6. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person.
  8. Each Entry must be original and unique, to be valid.
  9. The Promoter may reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the Entry has been entered using false information or via automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

Prize

  1. A prize will be awarded to three entrants chosen at random (Winner), as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  2. The prize pack consists of:
    1 x Guide Dogs Plush Dog in Black, valued at $[34.95] RRP
    1 x Guide Dogs Plush Dog in Cream, valued at $[34.95] RRP
    1 x Guide Dog mini Plush Dog, valued at $[14.95] RRP
  3. Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The winner will be notified via the Guide Dogs Australia official Facebook and/or Instagram by Friday the 3rd of November 2023. The winner will also be announced in the comments of the original Facebook and Instagram posts no later than Friday the 3rd of November 2023.
  5. The Promoter will mail the prize to the A valid Australian postal address must be provided in order to redeem the prize. The Promoter is not liable for damage or delay in delivery.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participant’s eligibility to receive the prize.
  7. The Promoter’s determination of the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  3. The competition commences at 9AM AEDT on Friday the 10th of February 2023 and closes at 11:59PM Sunday the 19th of March 2023 (the Entry Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.
  4. This is a game of chance which is open to all Australian residents who complete the Guide Dogs Australia survey, conducted by Ernst & Young (trading as EY Sweeney) (ABN 75 288 172 749 ), and opt in to enter the prize draw and provide their contact details during the Entry Period.
  5. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  6. Employees of the Promoter, as well as members of their immediate family, are not eligible to enter this Competition.
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person.
  8. A prize will be awarded to 10 survey participants at random (Winners).
  9. The prize consists of 10 x $200 Visa Gift Cards. Each Winner will receive one $200 gift card each.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. The Winners will be notified via email by Friday the 21st April 2023.
  12. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Gift Cards and will send them via email. A valid email address must be provided in order to redeem the prize or a valid postal address if the Winner is unable to redeem a digital gift card. The Promoter is not liable for damage or delay in delivery.

Entry

  1. The Guide Dogs Victoria Auction for the signed St Kilda Football Club jumper (“Competition”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Competition, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition commences at 3pm AEST on 31st August 2023 and closes at 6pm AEST on 3rd September 2023 (the Entry Period).
  4. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
  5. Each bid must start at a minimum of 250 AUD and must be in AUD currency to be considered valid.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries believed to be false or submitted using automated means or competition entry services.
  7. The highest bid at the close of the auction will win.
  8. The prize consists of 1 x signed 2023 St Kilda Football Club jumper.
  9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
