Spot the Robotic Guide Debuts on ABC Kids’ Show Fizzy and Suds

Guide Dogs partners with Fizzy and Suds, an award-winning ABC Kids preschool series celebrating disability, neurodiversity, and inclusive play, to showcase real-world accessibility. In the episode, eight-year-old Guide Dogs Client Sora, her Guide Dog Arnie, and Spot the Robotic Guide demonstrate how innovative assistive technology can support people with low vision or blindness. Developed with the University of Technology Sydney and supported by the TPG Telecom Foundation, Spot is part of a groundbreaking project exploring alternative mobility solutions to increase independence and confidence for people with low vision or blindness.
