Exciting news! Guide Dogs are now available to support with live on-demand video via the Be My Eyes app.

We’re pleased to announce that you can now call Guide Dogs directly through the Be My Eyes mobile app to help answer any questions you may have about the services we offer.

If you are new to Be My Eyes, it is a free app that matches people with low vision or blindness with sighted volunteers and business partners. The callers will have access to visual assistance through a live video call.

Connecting with Guide Dogs through Be My Eyes is easy. Simply enter the Specialised Help menu, locate Guide Dogs Australia on the list and make a call from our profile.

The Guide Dogs team will be ready to take your call Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and can assist you with vision related questions and information about the services available to you.

You can download the app for free from the Apple Store and Google Play, and locate Guide Dogs Australia in the Specialised Help menu.
